Benchmark Assessment

With a view to improving performance we must first establish where your current level of performance is, this will help us understand your strengths and weaknesses and therefore we can direct our approach accordingly.

 

Communication Platform

I will provide a platform* for communication throughout your training. 

*This platform will be periodically checked on a daily basis.

 

Nutritional Analysis

Tailoring nutritional intake toward a performance goal will contribute toward success. For example, wanting to run a 5k is extremely difficult without proper fueling. We can establish current eating habits and work towards a complimentary diet for your activity.

 

Weekly Goal Setting

In working toward a performance target, small achievable goal setting is important. Without having small goals to work toward, the overall goal can often feel daunting; this ‘goal orientated’ approach will help with achievement and motivation. 

 

Session Reminder

A reminder will be sent out prior to your session.

 

1-1 Sessions

The frequency and type of session required will vary depending on what your goal is. Having guidance and motivation in a 1-1 setting is hugely important in improving performance no matter the goal.
