Daily Contact
I will provide a platform* for daily contact in order to give support. Weight management is dependent on many factors, for example, social life, family or partner influence and lifestyle ect. Due to such a large array of influence, support is of great importance.

Initial Nutritional Analysis
The aim is to understand your current eating habits so we can identify any patterns as they stand. No effective changes can be made until we have a better understanding of current dietary habits.
Initial Consultation
A weight management programme is very individual, this initial consultation will help me to tailor my approach to one that best suits your needs and produce an achievable strategy to go forward.
Weekly Nutritional Review
We want to produce a sustainable approach to your weight management, therefore it is crucial that you enjoy the food that is being consumed, so we will review the pro's and con's of your weekly intake. It is possible to have a good relationship with food and enjoy it, whilst still controlling weight.
Weekly Goal Setting
We will regularly set out targets and goals with a view toward habit reformation. Most likely any prior failings in weight management is due to falling back into old habits, this is why our ultimate aim is to engrain new habits into your daily routine so that your results are ongoing.
Session Reminder
A reminder will be sent out prior to your session.
Suggested 3 1-1 sessions
3 weekly sessions are suggested in the onset. This is to help with the formation of good habits to help you going forward (you won’t need me forever)
Tracking Service
Tracking is important in weight management. Without being aware of what we are doing, we can’t adjust appropriately. Things we can track include: Weight, anthropometric data, gym progress, nutritional intake and compositional assessment. I will provide a user-friendly platform for this.
